A girl was shot and killed Thursday night and a boy was wounded at a West Palm Beach mobile home park, officials said.
Between 10:30 and 11 p.m. officials were notified two juveniles were shot at Meadowbrook Mobile Home Park in the 1500 block of Drexel Road and taken to Wellington Medical Center by a family member, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.
The boy is expected to survive. Detectives are investigating the case as a homicide.
The motive for the shooting isn’t yet known and the suspect is at large.
