A 30,561-square-foot contemporary mansion in a prestigious enclave in North Palm Beach that was listed in April is still on the market and available — as long as you have $37 million handy to purchase it.
The two-story gated home, at 1104 Seminole Blvd., is located in Seminole Landing, a gated community that offers homeowners privacy and security. Built in 2019, it sits on 1.49 acres and has six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.
Additional features include smart-home technology, a chef’s kitchen, a private salon and spa, a glass elevator, wine room, movie theater, a full-house generator and a six-car, climate-controlled garage. There’s also a detached guest house and a third-floor rooftop terrace.
Outside, you’ll find an infinity-edge pool with multiple spas, a summer kitchen, fire pit and over 450 linear feet of water frontage on a canal with access to the Intracoastal Waterway.
There’s also a mosquito repellent system and orchid garden. The rooftop terrace has an additional pool and summer kitchen, as well as ocean views.
“It’s a unique property,” said John Greene, a real estate agent with Douglas Elliman Real Estate in Wellington, who holds the listing. “It this house were on the ocean, it would cost another $25 million. It’s a private resort.”
Greene said he’s had some “pretty good traffic” at the property and received one offer but that the deal fell through. “We’re waiting for the right buyer,” he said. “It’s a specific house — a specific style —and it’s a very specific buyer who would appreciate the kind of property this is.” Greene said that the owner invested $2 million in technology alone when building the home.
The current owner, Charles M. Adams, purchased the property in November 2015 for $1.5 million and custom-built the home.
“This was a labor of love, and he’s enjoyed the home for two years,” Greene said. “But he’s ready to move onto the next project, and we have another house under construction that will be completed in the next 90 days.”
