BOCA RATON — A renovated Publix supermarket has reopened in Boca Raton, at 5050 Champion Blvd.
The Polo Club Shoppes location at the corner of Military Trail and Clint Moore Road will be managed by Mickey Gravellese, who has worked for Publix for 33 years and recently served as the manager of another Boca Raton location, the company said in a statement.
“We are excited to welcome our customers to the new store at Polo Club Shoppes and look forward to providing them with the premier service and quality Publix is known for,” said Lindsey Wallace, Publix Miami Division media relations manager.
It’s open Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., and on Sundays from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. The 46,387-square-foot store has grocery, dairy, frozen food, seafood, meat and fresh produce departments, a full-service bakery and deli and a pharmacy.
Publix employs more than 225,000 associates and currently operates over 1,200 stores in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina and Virginia.
