Ready to rummage? Delray Beach church plans annual sale

From $3 clothing for men, women and children to linens and housewares, First Presbyterian Church, 33 Gleason St., in Delray Beach is organizing a secondhand shopping experience during its Step-Above Rummage from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Feb. 10 to 13.

The sale is divided into three areas set up with department store-style racks:

  • The Fellowship Hall will have clothes and shoes for women and children. According to organizers, some items have new tags attached.
  • In the Courtyard, shoppers will find men’s clothing and shoes. Shirts pants and suits are hung and sized. Books, craft supplies, toys, sports equipment, bicycles, luggage, electronics and tools also will be for sale. In both areas, shoes are arranged by size and can be tried on in a sitting area. All clothing and shoes are $3 with accessories priced under $3.

  • In Holly House, there will be jewelry, purses, accessories, lamps and art. The linen department will include bedding, towels, table coverings and decorative pillows. The housewares department will have tableware, cookware and small appliances.
