Waterfront estate in Boca Raton listed for $45 million

If you’re in the market for a home that has, well, everything, a recent listing in Boca Raton may very well fit the bill. But you better be able to afford it. After all, it’s listed for $45 million.

The 19,408-square-foot home, at 130 W. Coconut Palm Road, sits on a 0.84-acre lot at the prestigious Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club, located in downtown Boca Raton along the Intracoastal Waterway.

Built in 2012, the two-story gated estate has seven bedrooms, 11 baths and 357 linear feet of deep-water frontage, not to mention plenty of other features that will entice you to stay home.

There’s a 3-D home cinema, a custom-built home office, a wine cellar, gym, massage room, sauna, two electronics rooms, full smart-home integration, separate his and hers master bathrooms, a detached guest house and a six-car, air-conditioned garage.

Outside, you’ll find a pool, private dock, fire pit, summer kitchen and plenty of entertainment space.

“This house is special,” said Chad Carroll, a real estate agent with Compass Florida in Fort Lauderdale. “It appeals to a boater who wants a major estate. There are no other houses in Royal Palm available that offer both a large estate with water frontage.”

The current owner purchased the property in April 2009 for $4,535,500 and custom-built the house, which was constructed by Sarkela Corp., a luxury-home builder in Boynton Beach, and designed by Decorators Unlimited.

Carroll said the house is now on the market because “the owner is a developer, and he builds and sells houses and he just wants a change.”
